What’s Included in Weekly Service

| Wall & Tile Brushing | Brush pool walls, steps, and waterline areas to help prevent buildup and algae growth. |
| Vacuuming / Floor Cleaning | Vacuum or clean the pool floor as needed based on debris and pool conditions. |
| Equipment Inspection | Check pump, filter, heater, valves, and visible plumbing for proper operation and obvious issues. |
| Filter Monitoring | Review filter pressure and advise when cleaning or backwashing is recommended. |
| Service Notes | Provide updates on water condition, equipment concerns, and recommended next steps when needed. |
Safety & Water Quality First
Clear water alone doesn’t guarantee safe water. Weekly testing and balancing help reduce the risk of bacteria growth, algae problems, corrosion, scaling, and swimmer discomfort. I take water quality seriously because it affects both your family’s safety and the long-term health of your pool equipment.

What Weekly Service Does Not Automatically Include:
Repairs, equipment replacement, leak detection, major algae remediation, filter tear-downs, salt cell cleaning, and other specialized services are typically quoted separately unless included in your specific service agreement. If I discover an issue during routine service, I’ll document it and discuss the recommended next steps before additional work is performed.
Additional charges would include, but not limited to: No screen enclosure, extra bather load, standalone spa, extra pool visits, additional water features, salt cell cleaning, sequestering agents & flocculants, phosphate treatment, pool shock, algae remediation, filter replacement, or major water correction.

Typical Weekly Visit
- Inspect pool, water level, and equipment operation
- Empty skimmer and pump baskets
- Skim surface debris
- Brush walls, steps, and waterline as needed
- Vacuum or clean floor as needed
- Test and adjust water chemistry
- Record observations and communicate any concerns
